Ekaant, located in Vita, Sangli, is a 2,300 sq. ft modern residence designed for Mr. Avdhoot Patil, envisioned as a minimal yet elegant home rooted in balance and simplicity. The design follows a philosophy of clarity, proportion, and calm, integrating light, volume, and landscape to create a serene living experience.

Planned as a 4BHK residence, the home revolves around a double-height living area with a striking glass façade that enhances natural light and visual connectivity. The ground floor houses the living and dining areas opening to a landscaped backyard lawn, while the upper floor features bedrooms with pergola-detailed balconies adding rhythm and texture to the façade.

The material palette combines wooden textures, white ACP cladding, and smooth painted finishes, resulting in a timeless and balanced aesthetic. Pergolas and recessed balconies create depth and shade, while large openings framed in black aluminium add a refined modern character.
